Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and results-driven Business Executive Development (BED) professionals to join our team. As a BED, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients (SMEs/MSMEs) to our online marketplace, maintaining client relationships, and driving business growth through effective B2B sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new business opportunities by connecting with SME/MSME clients.
Present and promote company services (business listings, premium packages, digital visibility solutions).
Conduct cold calls, field visits, and online demos to potential customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and upselling.
Handle client queries and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Maintain proper records of client interactions, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide market feedback to improve service offerings and user experience.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
03 years of experience in direct/B2B sales, field sales, or tele-sales (Freshers welcome).
Familiarity with digital sales, local businesses, or directory platforms like JustDial, IndiaMART, or TradeIndia is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software.
